The Color Consultation

Our colorists pride themselves in the craft of creating beautiful, quality hair color. Sometimes a color service may take longer than a normal standing appointment and we try our best to be prepared in advance to deliver extraordinary results. If you are NEW to Enzo & Co. for Hairo, it is best, but not required, that you come in for a 15-minute consultation so we can discuss the look you'd like to achieve during your color session. Not able to come in for a consultation? No problem! All you have to do is email us a picture of your hair currently (taking pictures in natural light yields the best result) and a photo(s) of your desired look.

Booking Your Color Appointment

The next step is to book your appointment. Enzo & Co. for Hairo requires a credit card in order to reserve a color appointment. You will be asked to complete a form and at this time you will receive a quote for your color service.

Color Cancellation Policy

In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, Enzo & Co. for Hairo requires 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No shows are included under this policy.

Color Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Calling ahead provides us the best opportunity to assess the situation. However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that we will be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
