Enzo & Co for Hairo required a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24hr notice. If 24hr notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No shows are included under this policy.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we might not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.
Our colorist pride themselves in the craft of creating beautiful, quality hair color. Sometimes the color service may take longer than a standing appointment, we try our best to be prepared in advance to deliver extraordinary results.
If you are new to Enzo & Co. for Hairo, it is best, but not required, that you come in for a 15 minute consultation so we can discuss the look you would like to achieve during your color session. Not able to come in for a consultation? No problem! All you have to do is email us a picture of your hair currently (taking pictures in natural light yields the best result) and a photo(s) of your desired look.
Color Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Calling ahead provides us the best opportunity to assess the situation. However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that we will be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
